S4K participants since 2020, the sisters are part of the 300 girls playing soccer, along with 500 boys, playing and competing in S4 K’s co-ed and female teams. Their love of the sport drives these two sisters, who like to show off their soccer skills and keep their opponents on their toes while gaining vital life skills and having fun. Both share that they are fierce soccer players!
According to Ariana, “Competing against other girls is more demanding, and the experience of this girl-to-girl competition makes me a stronger player and has boosted my self-confidence. During our co-ed competitions, I’ve taken my refined soccer skills and surprised the guys with great foot skills and speed!”
Isabella recalls “how scared I used to be of the ball and how I would run away from it.” It’s a different story now! She is excited and ready to play at the beginning of every soccer season and game. “I no longer fear the ball; I run faster; I make more goals and feel better!”
